Dear Friends and Partners,

The Change Campaign has begun!  What is stopping you from participating in taking the Gospel message of hope to the children of Kenya?  That is a question I asked many people and the response that often came back was they lacked the funds to do anything about it.  It appears many believe the endeavor is so overwhelming that their "small" contribution cannot do any good.  Tammy and I prayed on this and the result is "The Change Campaign".  The purpose of The Change Campaign is to enable everyone to partner with us without creating a financial burden for anyone.  The Campaign focuses on gathering 1,000 people across the US who will partner with us by contributing $12.00/month (40¢/day) to the ministry.  Why $12.00?  No reason other than it is a comfortable amount for most individuals.  Why 1,000 people?  The budget for all the children we currently support (372) for food, shelter, clothing, medical and education; continuing to make progress on the structures that are being built; and having Tammy and I permanently in Kenya is around $12,000/month.  Imagine! Supporting 372 children, building schools and dormitories and having us on the ground as your feet and hands for an entire year is around the annual salary of only 3-4 people living in the US...amazing!  Please take a minute and go to The Change Campaign website at www.TheChangeCampaign.org and begin your partnership with us for $12.00/month.  It is simple, inexpensive, and will literally save lives.

We are looking for a few good men and women.  No, not to join the military, but rather to serve with us on the US Board of Directors of Saved by God's Grace.  While Tammy and I have been called to be in Kenya, we need to have dedicated servants of the Lord to serve on the Board of the ministry.  What are the qualifications?  First and foremost you must have a passion to serve the Lord with your whole heart, soul, mind and strength.  The ministry was only formed because of Him and it exists to glorify Him and take the Gospel message to our Kenyan brothers and sisters and their children.  Second, you must have a passion to serve others, specifically the children of Kenya.  There are many areas that God calls us to serve Him; He called this ministry to Kenya.  Lastly, you must have the time to get involved with monthly board meetings and serve with other like-minded people to assist us to remain accountable, carry out fundraising and administrative duties and continually hold the ministry up to our Lord in prayer while we serve on-site in Kenya.  Honestly, the details will work themselves out as we see the needs.  You must be flexible and be able to adapt to whatever the Lord calls of us.  Simply contact me at cmcdonald@SavedByGodsGrace.org if you believe that you are being led to partner with us in this manner.
