"Where there is true charity, God is present"...This ministry is an outreach to the impoverished and orphaned children of Kenya.  We exist to show them God's love by providing food, clothing, shelter and education.  We do this in a hands-on capacity by working on-site at the orphanages.  Thanks for visiting our website to see how you can help.

Dear Friends and Partners,

Traveling…9,500 miles…what fun?!  We just returned from promoting The Change Campaign literally all over the United States.  We have been gone since June 24.  We have been blessed by many individuals who housed and fed us over the past 35 days or so and we thank you so much.  We have made new friends that will be our fellow workers for the Kingdom of our Lord until we meet Him in Heaven.  We have been blessed to serve in the “skid-row” section of LA (Hello all at the Jonah Project and Set Free Ministries) and minister in the parks of NYC for a week with a great group of brothers and sisters from Agape Christian Center in Brooklyn (Forgettaboutit – love the accent).  We were able to present the ministry to many people and look forward to seeing God’s provision through those that respond.  It has been exhausting (slept for 12 hours after arriving back in Phoenix), but we know there are great things coming from this travel and the meetings.  Specifically we believe this trip is going to be used to get us back to Kenya permanently and partnering with many more individuals in the process…we now wait on the Lord to see how it will come to fruition.

What is the main purpose of what we do?  Our personal calling is to assist the impoverished children of Kenya, but there is a greater calling for all of us committed to Christ.  First and foremost we must tell others about the love of Jesus and the eternal life that is available through Him.  If we do not, all else is “dirty rags”.  Our earthly existence is not for us to be comfortable nor have conveniences, it is to serve the Lord as He calls each of us in our unique situations.  The attitude toward Him is what we must focus on daily.  We may not be in comfort, perhaps we are even in distress, but in all things we must give Him glory and show by how we live our lives and how we handle distress that He is our Lord and Savior.  Jesus promises the world will not like us because it did not like Him, but He encourages us that He has overcome the world and we are to be in it, not of it.  Look into your heart daily and see if He is the Lord of your life and, if not, renew your commitment to Him as the day begins.  He will not leave you nor forsake you…He loves you too much.

THANK YOU for your partnership and prayers!  As we continue to be faithful in spreading the Gospel and the needs of our children in Kenya, we ask you to continue to be in prayer about your involvement with this ministry.  We ask you to tell others to see if they can spare the change to become involved with The Change Campaign (www.TheChangeCampaign.org).  We look forward to working together with you for His glory and the good of all who love Him by bringing hope to the children He has called us to serve in Kenya.  Continue to check the website blog (www.SavedByGodsGrace.org) as Tammy keeps it updated almost daily.  Let us know if there are individuals who you believe we should talk to who may be interested in partnering with us for the good of our children in Kenya.

May God continue to bless you as you serve Him as He calls.

Serving the children of Kenya with you only through His grace and His grace alone,
