During interaction with our website persons/organizations may be required to provide their names, physical addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers. Saved By God's Grace collects and stores this information for the sole purpose of a) contacting those people whom the organization believes it can assist; b) controlling against fraudulent activity, both against users of the Saved By God's Grace website and against the organization itself; and c) communicating with our donors, as necessary and appropriate, unless an individual or organization has specifically requested that he or she receive no correspondence from the organization.

Saved By God's Grace does not use other software or hardware techniques to collect other information that could be used to personally identify visitors to Saved By God's Grace without their knowledge.   

Protecting Your Personal Information

If you choose to provide us with additional information about yourself through an E-mail message, form, survey, etc., we use that information only to respond to your message or to fulfill the stated purpose of the communication. The information provided is handled on a confidential basis within Saved By God's Grace.

Saved By God's Grace, Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization duly formed in the state of Arizona.  Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. (http://www.SavedByGodsGrace.org) operates primarily as an online entity but is physically based in Phoenix, Arizona. Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. is a not-for-profit, charitable organization exemption from federal income tax in the United States under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Tax Code. Use of Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. resources, including (but not limited to) the Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. website (hereafter 'the site') is subject to the following terms and conditions. Interacting with Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. or its website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.  

Purpose of Organization

Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. exists primarily to fund and work "hands on" with international missions serving impoverished children primarily in the country of Kenya in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth on the Saved By God's Grace, Inc. website.  In Addition, Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. also exists to provide various types of information about Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. to persons/organizations who visit http://www.savedbygodsgrace.org/ and to encourage involvement of individuals in eliminating child poverty.  

Use of Contributions/Donations to Saved By God’s

Grace, Inc.
Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. encourages personal giving and is happy to accept any donation of any amount to Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. Any contributions made to Saved By God’s Grace, Inc., financial, in-kind or otherwise, are greatly appreciated and shall be used by the Executive Director and/or Board of Directors of Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. and in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Arizona exclusively for the following purposes:
  •   to provide financial assistance to persons/organizations who have requested help from Saved By God’s Grace, Inc.; and
  •   to remit payment for any such reasonable expenses related to the operation of Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. as the Executive Director and/or Board of Directors of Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. deem appropriate, and at their sole discretion.
Please note:  All contributions, once made, are the property of Saved By God's Grace and are not refundable in any circumstances.  If the donor has donated toward a specific project effort will be given to use the funds in that endeavor or in a similar manner, but the use of funds will remain with the discretion of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director.

 

Correspondence with Saved By God’s Grace, Inc.
Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. receives a large number of letters, telephone calls, e-mail, and other types of correspondence. The Executive Director and his duly appointed representatives attempt to respond to all such correspondence as appropriate but cannot guarantee that they will be able to answer all such correspondence sent to Saved By God’s Grace, Inc.

All correspondence sent to Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. or any of its representatives by mail, fax, e-mail, electronic transmission or by any other means becomes immediately and irrevocably the sole property of Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. and may be used for any purpose related to Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. at the sole discretion of the Executive Director and/or Board of Directors of Saved By God’s Grace, Inc. without further notice or compensation.
